I live in California, can I purchase a firearm from you?
Yes, you may. Handguns and rifles are heavily restricted in CA, in order to purchase a handgun it must appear on State of California's Department of Justice Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. If it does not appear on the roster we cannot ship the handgun to California.
There are multiple rifles and shotguns that are banned by name in the State of California by sale, it is up to you to ensure that the rifle or shotgun is permitted for sale in your state. If you are purchasing a semi-auto rifle it must have a bullet button installed prior to shipping.
Firearms that are shipping to California that have a magazine capacity greater than 10 will ship without any magazines, unless already stated.
If you purchase a firearm that is not legal for sale in the state of California you will be refunded your purchase amount, minus a 15% restocking fee.
If you live in a state with restrictions on the capacity of magazines, we will not ship magazines to you that are over the capacity for your state or city. If you order a gun that has a capacity greater than the restriction we will not ship the magazines, unless your dealer will accept them in order to pin them.
